All landlords in Northern Ireland must comply with specific legal requirements. Landlord Advice can help you understand these requirements. Our aim is to promote good practice in the private rented sector.

  • conveyancing
  • tax matters 
  • other specialist aspects of renting property

We can only provide advice on tenancies in Northern Ireland. Housing law in other parts of the UK is very different. If your tenancy is outside Northern Ireland, contact your local council for details of advice agencies who can help.
